One Off New Build House

North Leicestershire

An individual designed dwelling for a retired farmer on the edge of a village north to City of Leicester. Outstanding open countryside views, the scales of traditional farm house construction and the inclusion of local architectural features were used in the design of this new dwelling. The layout of the new dwelling and its outbuildings are grouped around a gated courtyard in traditional manners.
