Listed Building House Extension

Thatched Cottage, Coleorton, Leicestershire

An extension to a listed thatched cottage in a village in the Northwest Leicestershire to provide a lounge on the ground floor and an en-suite bedroom to the first floor. The new bedroom utilised the roof shape together with an oak featured King Post Truss. The thatcher has included specialist features along the ridge of the new extension.
